Reflexology is based on the principal that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that relate to every organ, gland, and system of the body. The nerve endings of all the interior organs the heart, the stomach the kidney and liver are found on the feet, hands and ears. By working on these 3 areas we can help all the interior organs to function better.

Lymph Drainage helps the body especially after surgery for lymph nodes to get rid of all the toxins. Lymph Drainage is part of the royal treatment for preventive body maintenance. Great for a healthy person also. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is believed by proponents to encourage the natural circulation of the lymph through the body. The lymph system depends on peristalsis and the movement of skeletal muscles to squeeze fluid through lymph ducts and vessels.

Shiatsu is two Japanese words Shi means finger and ATSU means pressure. By using pressure points we help the body to heal itself. Shiatsu technique refers to the use of fingers and palm of one's hand to apply pressure to particular sections on the surface of the body for the purpose of correcting the imbalances of the body, and for maintaining and promoting health.

Deep tissue One form of bodywork is deep tissue massage therapy, and the terms massage and bodywork are often used interchangeably. However, while bodywork includes all forms of massage techniques, it also includes many other types of touch and healing therapies that additionally incorporate vast assessment techniques and tools that may for example, allow a client to benefit their posture and/or aim to enhance their awareness of the 'mind-body connection”.

Massage is the practice of soft tissue manipulation with physical, functional, and in some cases psychological purposes and goals. Massage therapy can help to relax your stress in many ways. Massage involves acting on and manipulating the body with pressure – structured, unstructured, stationary, or moving – tension, motion, or vibration, done manually or with mechanical aids. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system. Massage can be applied with the hands, fingers, elbows, and forearm.

Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are effleurage (light touch), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (compression), and vibration. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee over a period of eight weeks. It has also been shown to be helpful in individuals with poor circulation. Research has shown that the benefits of massage include pain relief, reduced trait anxiety and depression, and temporarily reduced blood pressure, heart rate, and state anxiety.
